One of Lori Senecal‘s first remarks after being giving the position as the new global CEO of CP&B. was to state that “she looks forward to playing a significant role in the global growth of the agency, by working with the exceptional talent across offices.” The global CEO position is a newly created position that was created just for Lori. Senecal was president and chief executive officer of MDC Partners network for just over six months before she was promoted to her newest position.
Lori Senecal will remain as president and CEO of MDC simultaneously with her new role of global CEO.
Her past career moves show that she is a good leader and brilliant marketing strategist. Lori Senecal was CE0 of KBS until August of 2014. She was then given a promotion and named the global executive chairman. She has been labeled as a pioneer that embraces technology, innovation, and invention.
According to the Huffington Post, her biggest job at CP&B will be with overseeing the shop’s global growth and expansion. She will also be in charge of all eight of the international offices. Any plans for expansion will also be part of her role.
Senecal is quite pleased with the additional promotion. Her promotion came rather quickly after CP&B won the global Infiniti account. The past year was spent aggressively campaigning to get new business. The aggressive campaign strategy was awarded nicely with the acquisition of the Infiniti account.
The chairman of CP&B is quite pleased with her role and has been quoted as saying “Lori understands and loves this agency,” said Chuck Porter, chairman of CP&B. “She shares our values and passion, and she brings an extraordinary level of management experience and expertise. Everything I’m not good at, she is. And along with Andrew Keller, Steve Erich, Richard Pinder and our new creative leaders, I think we have a global A team.” View her crunchbase profile for more info.
