Vincent Parascandola – As Asset to the AXA Leadership Team

AXA is a multinational insurance company with its Headquarter in Paris. The company offers insurance, investment management, and many other financial services to its customers in many countries, including Western Europe, the Asia-Pacific, North America, Africa and the Middle East. AXA Advisors is the dealer and retailer distribution channel of the company. The company has over 6,000 financial professionals worldwide helping their clients protect their families, planning their future and realizing their dreams by providing them with financial advice and innovative investment strategies. The company supports a number of initiatives as well. Through its AXA Research Fund, it supports research focussing on the prevention of threats to the human life, society, and the environment. They have funded over 256 research products in different countries since the Fund was set up in 2008.

Vincent Parascandola is the Senior Executive Vice President of AXA Advisors and is responsible for sales and the human resource asset management of the company. He works out of New York and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. His leadership skills have earned him a number of management awards which includes GAMA’s Career Development and Master Agency Awards. He is also a great speaker and has spoken at many worldwide events like the GAMA’s national LAMP Meeting and the LIMRA’s distribution conferences.

Vincent completed his graduation from Pace University in New York and earned a Bachelor of Science degree where he recently was invited to speak on the Graduation Day for the 2014 batch. After his graduation, he started working with Prudential in 1987 as an agent and soon became one of the top executives in the company which also earned him the award of the National Rookie of the Year. He left the company and joined MONY Life Insurance Company in 1990 where is worked for 14 years before joining AXA in 2004 as President of The Advantage Group which is a unit of AXA Equitable. He was soon promoted to the role of co-manager at the company’s New York Metro Branch and was responsible for 400 financial professionals in the entire tri-state area.
